15-DAY RETURNS

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

 

FREE RETURNS FROM SLOVAKIA, CZECH REPUBLIC AND HUNGARY:

Returns from these countries are handled easily through Packeta. We will provide you with a return label, and you can drop off your parcel at any Packeta drop-off point that suits you. RETURNS ARE FREE.

 

RETURNS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES:

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns, and do not offer pre paid return labels. The shipping cost will be covered by the buyer. Warehouse for returns is located in Slovakia (Europe).
