HOW TO RETURN OR WITHDRAW AN ITEM?

1. Visit returns.teenwear.eu and enter the email address and order number used for your order.

2. Select the item(s) you'd like to return or withdraw.

3. Let us know the reason for your return or withdrawal request (optional for EU withdrawal).

4. Submit your return or withdrawal request.

5. Follow the instructions sent to your email immediately after submitting your request.

returns from other countries

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns, and do not offer pre paid return labels. 

 

The shipping cost will be covered by the buyer. Warehouse for returns is located in Slovakia (Europe). We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.

 

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, our team will check everything and process your refund. This usually takes 3–7 business days from the day your return is delivered to us. The refund will then be sent to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Oops, we currently don't offer exchanges. Simply return the item you'd like to send back and place a new order for the size or item you'd prefer.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
