Returns & Right of Withdrawal
We hope you love your order. But if something is not right, this page explains how to return items and how to use your legal right of withdrawal under EU consumer rules.
You can return newly purchased items within 15 days of receiving your order.
EU consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items, no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice, unless we have not yet received the goods back or proof that they were sent.
How do I make a return?
- Log in to our Return Portal using the email address used for your order at returns.teenwear.eu.
- Click the order you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note if needed.
- Click Request return.
Return options by country
SK, CZ, HU Returns
For returns from Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary, please submit the return through our Return Portal. Follow the instructions shown in the portal after your request is created.
RO Returns
For returns from Romania, please submit the return through our Return Portal. Follow the instructions shown in the portal after your request is created.
Returns from other countries
For all other countries, submit the return through our Return Portal. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we clearly state otherwise or the item is faulty/incorrect.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, received the goods.
You do not have to give any reason for withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send us a clear statement that you wish to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.

You can use the Teenwear Return Portal, contact us by email, or use the model withdrawal form below. Using the model form is not mandatory.

Returning the goods after withdrawal
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us about your withdrawal.
Unless stated otherwise, the direct cost of returning the goods is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of postage.
Refund after withdrawal
If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund the payments received from you for the returned goods, including the standard delivery cost paid for the original delivery where required by law. Extra costs for a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery offered are not refunded.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
Can I exchange items?
Exchange is not possible. If the size does not suit you or you do not like the item, return it and create a new order.
Where will I receive my refund?
The refund is sent to the original payment method used for the order, unless another refund method is agreed or required by the return process.

If you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us at help@teenwear.eu with your order number and clear photos. Do not send the item back before contacting us, so we can give you the correct instructions.
